Radip's Pickled Noodle Salad

This is probably my favorite Nepali meal we have eaten. It was soooo good!! I've included the items for the meal below, however the amounts are all dependent on how much you want and how sour you want it to be.


Cabbage (uncooked, cut up into small pieces)
Pickles
Onion (red onion)
Hot peppers (small amount)
Mango (not ripe)
Radish
Oil
Roman noodles (uncooked, crunched up)
Salt (little)
Lemon (the juice)
Chili
Tumarac powder (yellow little)
Parsley (little)

Options: instead of noodles
Green beans
Potatoes
